Colin is a veteran privacy technologist and entrepreneur with deep relationships in the technology trade associations as well as the regulatory community. In addition to serving as Founder and Principal of The Lucid Privacy Group, Colin also serves on the Governance Board of the IAB EU’s Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF). Colin was a Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Ghostery/Evidon, where he led product strategy and global policy throughout its formative years, including the scaling of the Ghostery browser extension and the first independent AdChoices technologies.

Ben is a 25+ year privacy professional with a specialty in adtech, marketing, and IoT. Ben was the former head of global digital privacy for Experian, and led the first interactive marketing trade association where he was instrumental in developing self-regulatory policies for the email marketing, and addressable advertising industries. He is a US & EU Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US, CIPP/E), and a JD/ member of the California State Bar Association.
Ross brings many years of senior publisher and AdTech experience. He was the European Managing Director of The Weather Company, and later the Head of Europe for Factual/Foursquare, a location data company. He also has experience of the practical application of AI systems in media, whilst working at Watson Advertising, an IBM Company. Ross is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E), and a Certified Privacy Program Manager (CIPM).
Sydnie brings over 10 years of data privacy program and engagement management experience advising on privacy program maturity, risk, and compliance. She has privacy experience across financial services, AdTech, TV and digital streaming services. At Samsung Ads she was responsible for oversight of CCPA compliance efforts. She led the implementation of industry standards to meet privacy obligations on the Smart TV and the Samsung Ads Demand Side Platform (DSP). Sydnie is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
David has been working in the privacy and data protection sector for over a decade, with deep experience across finance, tech, biomedical and public sectors in the UK and US. David focuses on policy analysis and organisational privacy and data protection programme development.
McKenzie is a U.S. Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and serves as chair for the IAPP’s San Francisco Knowledgenet Chapter. She graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law and is admitted to the California Bar.

Alex brings over 12 years of deep data protection and privacy-compliance operational expertise with a focus on program building, gap assessments, and education. In addition to being the digital privacy operational lead at Experian and then Cheetah Digital across a portfolio of digital marketing SaaS products, Alex was the author of the EEC Global Email Marketing Compliance Guide. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and Program Manager (CIPM) with a focus on building privacy awareness and education throughout the organization.

Kevin has been working in the media and technology industry since 2014. After spending several years in data analytics roles with Bell Canada and Index Exchange, he shifted his focus to data privacy and security in the run-up to the EU’s implementation of the GDPR. He has worked to build data protection programs in the ad-tech, healthcare, and IT-hardware industries. Kevin holds multiple industry certifications from (ISC)2, ISACA, PMI, and the IAPP. He studied business for his undergraduate degree and is currently finishing an LLM in telecommunications law.
